Financial Policy

•  Bookkeeping Discount : 5% discount for full payment at time of treatment.

Senior Citizen Discount : 10% discount for payment in full at time of treatment.

•  Credit Cards : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit will be accepted.

•  Dental Insurance : For those patients with dental insurance, the estimated portion of treatment not covered by the insurance is expected at the time of service. If your expected portion is over $150, we offer other financial options. See # 1 and # 5.

•  Crowns, Bridgework or Dentures : These procedures require lab work, so an initial deposit is required. Payment for the remaining balance needs to be arranged beforehand.

•  In-office payment plans . Minimum monthly payment required. Arrangements will need to be made in advance. We will set up an automatic monthly payment with either your checking debit card or a major credit card. These accounts will be assessed 18%

•  CareCredit : For your convenience, we now offer CareCredit. This is a plan that allows you to pick your monthly payments, with low interest rates from 0% ~ 12.96% for periods up to 48 months. Approval only takes a few minutes. No annual fees or prepayment penalties.
